Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with RepurposeIn. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds.

Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a monthly recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your unlimited resume generation credits until the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, please email us at support@repurposein.com or use the billing portal in your account settings.

Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases (Job Seeker Pack): If you purchase a one-time pack and are entirely unsatisfied with the quality of the generated resumes, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. If you have not used all of your credits, we will issue a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you forget to cancel your subscription and you have not used the service at all during the new billing cycle, contact us within 72 hours of the renewal charge, and we will issue a full refund for that month.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@repurposein.com with your account email address and the reason for the request. We will process your request within 2-3 business days.
